HSELearn.com Terms of service effective as of 11/21/2020

1. By agreeing to these terms of service you voluntarily enter into this legally binding contract. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions you must cease use of the website immediately.
2. hselearn.com may amend or change or replace any or all of these terms at it’s sole discretion at anytime for any reason.
3. Users of this site will be asked to provide accurate information regarding their account. Any fraudulent or unauthorized information or access to the site is grounds for immediate termination of access to the account or group or site. You are expressly prohibited from providing third parties access to your account without written permission from HSElearn.com. You are solely responsible for access to your account, authorized or authorized. In creating an account with us you agree to receive communication from HSE learn.com. You are solely responsible for the information and likenesses or images contained in your content or account(s).
4. You and/or your group has expressly approved and authorized HSElearn.com to post or share specific company information with your private group’s Members or trainees.
5. You agree to hold hselearn.com harmless from and against any and all claims demands judgments liabilities costs and fees, including attorneys fees arising out of or related to any of the conditions stipulated in this agreement.
6. By using this site you agree that you or your company or group or entity are solely responsible for the implementation and interpretation of the training material provided here for your use. Hselearn.com does not control your entity in any way and you further agree to sole responsibility of your groups actions as a result of this training.
7. You further agree that you will not impose any unsolicited commercial messages, Interfere with the operation of the website, use any technology or means available to hinder, access or sabotage the operations of other users or groups.
8. Severability of this agreement is understood so that if any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason whatsoever, the remaining provisions will remain valid and unimpaired and will continue in full force and effect.
9. You may request in writing copies of your personal information held by us which will be provided in a timely manner for a cost of no more than $10 USD or equivalent thereof. While we make reference to and cite legal regulation(s) in our training materials being disseminated here to your group or individual(s), We assume no responsibility for you or your group’s compliance with the same. Extraordinary efforts are made to keep site materials prescient but we acknowledge there may be errors, omissions or timing delay’s which are practically unavoidable due to the dynamic evolution of law. As a user of the site you except that as a condition of use.
11. Your personal information or your group’s personal information will not be shared to any third party organization other than the contractual information or software services providers who have existing contractual agreements with us to provide these services to you.
