This brief video lesson, is an overview and summary of some of the hardcopy forms you will need to use in order to process and document work. The training is an introduction on how to fill-in the documentation properly. This is only a simple introduction to what you will see on the shop floor. You will also get on-the-job type training so you can complete or add to these forms as your job evolves. This will all be done under supervision of a mentor or supervisor. The course has very short quiz you need to complete after the 10 minutes long instructional video.
